- You will be required to enter the number of people in your parent / guardian’s household
- You will be required to submit a list up to 5 of your academic and extracurricular achievements
- You will be required to fill out two essay questions of up to 300 words each. The list of possible essay questions to choose from can be found here. You are only required to choose two. You can type up your responses elsewhere and then paste them into the text boxes provided in this application, or you can upload them as PDF or Word files.
